Hotel Pre-opening

Hospitality Consult set up all the systems for you prior to the hotel’s opening. We work closely with the investor and the management to advise the best softwares, both front and back of house, integrate the systems, and work with the provider to train the team. We will also set up all marketing channels for the hotel, and ensure that the hotel is set-up on all 3rd party revenue generating sites.  We work with the management on  pricing, contracting as well as all pre-opening and opening activities. We further work with the business development team to help penetrate the market faster and realise sales within the shortest time possible
